Her experience includes B2B and B2C marketing across the customer lifecycle–acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, retention, and customer loyalty. She has led strategies that amplify brands, expand digital reach, increase qualified leads and sales conversions, and achieve revenue and growth goals regionally, nationally, and internationally.

My process starts by understanding the business goals, then digging deeper to identify the gaps before recommending a plan. The gaps differ by client and often include some brand work. How brands show up in the world matters now more than ever to cut through the clutter. I’ve led several game-changing brand refreshes which have not only increased brand recognition and reach, but also served to align staff around the brand’s meaning, what it conveys, and how employees themselves play an important role as brand ambassadors.
It’s equally important to ensure that the right people and the right systems are in place to support and deliver on the plans. Digital marketing allows for an iterative marketing approach to refine and tweak campaigns along the way, and digital software solutions help manage program delivery across dispersed teams and marketing channels.
Summer weekends are often spent ‘up north’ at the family cabin where I enjoy playing a competitive game of Scrabble with my sisters, spending time outdoors and in the water with my daughters Morgan and Rachel, or taking bike rides with my husband, Jeff.
I love to travel, enjoy live music, walks with my dog and sidekick, Cooper, and checking out local wineries with friends and family.
