LEADERSHIP IMPACT

  • Led the development and launch of a new direct-to-consumer / ecommerce business line for an established CPG that previously sold only through B2B distribution channels. Built B2C sales to 53.7% of total revenue.
  • As the co-founder of Let’s Dish!, I helped grow the business to $6M+ in annual revenue, employing 150+ people with six corporate stores. Developed a franchise system and opened 32 national franchise locations.
  • At Hazeltine National Golf Club, as the Head of Sales and Marketing, led digital transformation and launched the club’s first integrated marketing strategy fueling 20+% annual revenue growth. Managed 300+ international volunteers supporting the most successful Ryder Cup in history with over 250K attendees. Hazeltine will be the first American venue to host a second Ryder Cup in 2028.
  • Turned around an underperforming marketing services practice, using EOS / “Traction” organizational operating system, Agile marketing methodology, and Jira project management technology to deliver measurable client results.
  • Developed marketing programs and partnered with agencies to execute demand generation campaigns, resulting in 60-100% marketing-contributed pipeline growth.
