We partnered with Bridging to prepare home goods for families in transition!

Recently, a group of 28 enthusiastic volunteers from Authentic came together for an afternoon of service at Bridging, a local nonprofit committed to providing essential furniture and household goods to individuals and families striving for housing stability. We helped prepare 52 bikes for kids this holiday season at Free Bikes for Kidz!

Last Thursday, a group of Two or More volunteers came together at Free Bikes for Kids in Minnetonka, MN, to prepare 52 bikes for children in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. These bikes will be distributed to kids in our local community this December. In total, our volunteers contributed 54 hours of community service, focusing on cleaning, prepping, and repairing the bikes to ensure they were ready for their new owners. This included tasks like washing frames, adjusting brakes and gears, and inflating/replacing tires. They also made sure each bike was safe to ride by tightening bolts, checking the chains, and…

We served at one of Minneapolis/St. Paul’s greatest treasures: The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum!

Our Two or More volunteers joined together for a hands-on summer field maintenance event at the Horticultural Research Center. It was a beautiful day spent outdoors weeding a pumpkin patch and learning about the many grape varieties grown at the Arboretum. Together, we invested 45+ service hours, helped the Arboretum to successfully provide pumpkins for this coming fall by weeding their large field, and learned about the extensive impact that the Horticultural Research Center has on the local and global community.  See Full Photo Album (more…)

Members of the Authentic team, as well as clients, partners, and friends gathered at Feed My Starving Children in Chanhassen, MN to participate in packing meals, furthering the organization's goal of breaking the cycle of poverty globally. Authentic and friends join together to support the mission of Every Meal

Nearly 40 Authentic employees, clients, partners, vendors, and friends came together to pack meals in support of the non-profit organization, Every Meal.  Every Meal fights child hunger by focusing on filling the food gaps children face when they’re not able to access school meal programs. They do this by providing bags of food that are placed in children’s backpacks to take home on the weekends.
